This 90min program equips student-athletes with the tools to succeed as leaders both on and off the court or field. Through interactive sessions, participants develop skills in accountability, professionalism, time management, self-advocacy, and balancing academics with athletics.The program reduces absences, tardiness, infractions, and suspensions while improving GPAs, eligibility, leadership, character, and professionalism. Student-athletes will leave with actionable strategies and the confidence to positively impact their teams, school, and community.
